This trial is testing a new intervention called "Mastering the World of Work" to see if it can help improve employment outcomes for people with psychiatric disabilities who have trouble with things like forming a sense of self and others, and responding to challenges in life. The trial will be conducted with 60 people who are already receiving supported employment services, and will involve assessments at different points over 18 months.
