Sacituzumab Govitecan + Pembrolizumab

for Triple Negative Breast Cancer

The goal of this study is to find out if the experimental product, sacituzumab govitecan-hziy (SG) in combination with pembrolizumab given after surgery, is effective and safe compared to the treatment of physician's choice (TPC) which includes either pembrolizumab or pembrolizumab plus capecitabine in participants with triple negative breast cancer that still remains after surgery and pre-surgical treatment.

This study is a Phase II, multi-site, randomized, open-label clinical study to evaluate the safety, efficacy, and pharmacokinetics (PK) of BNT327 at two dose levels in combination with chemotherapeutic agents in the first- and second-line treatment of participants with locally advanced/metastatic triple-negative breast cancer (mTNBC).

ctDNA MRD Test

for Breast Cancer

The EXActDNA-003 study will prospectively enroll participants who are planning to undergo chemotherapy for high-risk, early breast cancer, who are willing to provide tissue and blood specimens for circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA) analysis. Participants will be followed for up to 5.5 years.
