Nivolumab +/− Ipilimumab Before Surgery
for Bladder Cancer
The purpose of this study is to test if immunotherapy with nivolumab alone or in combination with ipilimumab is safe and does not delay the planned bladder cancer surgery. The investigators want to see if treatment with these drugs prior to surgery may decrease the size of the bladder cancer and thus could help make the surgery more successful.

Enfortumab Vedotin
for Bladder Cancer
This trial is testing enfortumab vedotin, a drug that targets and kills cancer cells, in patients with upper urinary tract urothelial carcinoma who can't or won't use cisplatin and are planning surgery. Enfortumab vedotin is a new type of drug that targets a specific protein on cancer cells and delivers a substance that kills these cells.
