Brentuximab Vedotin + Pembrolizumab
for Advanced Cancers
This trial will find out whether brentuximab vedotin and pembrolizumab work together to treat different types of cancer. There will be several different types of cancer studied in the trial. The cancer must have spread to other parts of the body (metastatic). The study will also find out what side effects occur. A side effect is anything the treatment does besides treat cancer. This is a multi-cohort study.

Elacestrant Combinations
for Breast Cancer
This is a multicenter, Phase 1b/2 trial. The phase 1b part of the trial aims to determine the RP2D of elacestrant when administered in combination with alpelisib, everolimus, palbociclib, abemaciclib, and ribociclib. The Phase 2 part of the trial will evaluate the efficacy and safety of the various combinations in patients with ER+/HER2- advanced/metastatic breast cancer.
