Reparixin
for Acute Respiratory Distress Syndrome
Study objectives 1. To characterize the efficacy of reparixin in ameliorating lung injury and systemic inflammation and expediting clinical recovery and liberation from mechanical ventilation in adult patients with moderate to severe ARDS (PaO2/FIO2 ratio ≤ 200). 2. To evaluate the safety of reparixin vs. placebo in patients enrolled in the study.

Reparixin
for COVID-19
This trial is testing a medication called reparixin, taken by mouth, to see if it can help adults hospitalized with severe lung infections like pneumonia and COVID-19. The goal is to see if reparixin can reduce inflammation and stop the disease from getting worse. Patients will receive reparixin along with their usual care. Reparixin has been tested in various critical settings and shown potential in improving survival in patients at high risk for in-hospital mortality.
