6/8/2014 I've lost 20 lbs in 2 months. Not only does this literary suppress my appetite between 8-12 hours a day; it also keeps me feeling refresh, alert, and improves my focus & attention span. I wish I could take this as a vitamin supplement everyday for the rest of my life. The only side effect that I have, is dry mouth, but no jitters (like OTC diet pills).

12/14/2016 I've only just started taking tenuate, so I can't really say how it's affecting me yet. However, I took adipex for about six months and found that not only did I gain back all the weight I'd lost plus more, but I also became VERY MOODY. My doctor says that shouldn't happen with this medication, but my husband and I are both worried that I'll turn into the crazy person I was on adipex. Has anyone else experienced this?

5/18/2011 I've been taking this medication for two months and, so far, have not experienced any benefits. Some people have reported increased fatigue and decreased energy levels; I can attest to the former, but didn't see any noticeable changes in my weight or muscle mass. I'll give it a few more weeks before deciding whether to ask my doctor for something else.
