Summary

This trial will study how a moderate-intensity aerobic workout affects gene activity in people with type 2 diabetes and metabolic disorders. The goal is to understand how exercise changes genes in muscle tissue to improve metabolism. Participants will have muscle samples taken to analyze these changes.
