Led By Terence Sanger, MD, PhD
Research Sponsored by University of Southern California
Eligibility Criteria Checklist
Specific guidelines that determine who can or cannot participate in a clinical trial
Must have
Be younger than 65 years old
Timeline
Screening 3 weeks
Treatment Varies
Follow Up 10 minutes post- transcranial direct-current stimulation (tdcs)

Summary

The investigators hypothesize that transcranial direct current stimulation over the motor cortex will reduce muscle overflow and improve hand function in children with primary or secondary dystonia.

Eligible Conditions
  • Dystonia

Timeline

Screening ~ 3 weeks
Treatment ~ Varies
Follow Up ~10 minutes post- transcranial direct-current stimulation (tdcs)
This trial's timeline: 3 weeks for screening, Varies for treatment, and 10 minutes post- transcranial direct-current stimulation (tdcs) for reporting.
