ALIVE-Ex Trial Summary
This trial will study whether people with HIV who drink alcohol are more likely to have problems with their blood sugar levels and whether an exercise intervention can help improve glycemic control.

Eligibility Criteria:
This trial includes the following eligibility criteria:- You are allergic to lidocaine, which is used during muscle biopsies.You have severe nerve damage in your arms or legs that affects your ability to exercise.If you have heart problems, especially when exercising, you may not be able to participate.You do not have a diagnosis of diabetes.
