Summary

This trial tests a parental guidance program called SPACE-FTL, designed to help parents of highly dependent adult children. The program teaches parents how to stop enabling their children's dependency. The goal is to help these adult children become more independent and start working or studying. SPACE-FTL is based on the Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions (SPACE) approach.
