Summary
This trial compares two online therapy programs for people with Body Dysmorphic Disorder (BDD). One program uses regular CBT, and the other combines CBT with mindfulness meditation. The goal is to see if adding mindfulness to CBT provides more benefits. Cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) has been shown to significantly decrease symptoms of body dysmorphic disorder (BDD) in various studies.

Eligibility Criteria:
This trial includes the following eligibility criteria:- You have a severe problem with alcohol or drugs in the past 3 months, according to medical guidelines.You have shown clear signs of wanting to harm yourself or having thoughts of ending your own life.You have a diagnosis of borderline personality disorder along with other medical conditions.You have answered questions on a questionnaire that suggest you currently have body dysmorphic disorder (BDD).You have been diagnosed with bipolar disorder alongside other medical conditions.You have a diagnosis of obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) along with other medical conditions.You are currently receiving therapy sessions every week.You have tried to harm yourself in the last 6 months.You have been diagnosed with schizophrenia.
