Summary

This trial compares two ways to help low-income families with young children get enough food during the COVID pandemic. One way is by giving them money to buy fresh fruits and vegetables at local markets (Fresh Connect). The other way is by giving them gift cards to buy food at regular grocery stores. Both methods provide $150 per month for several months, and the study will track the families for an extended period to see how well each method works.
