Summary

This trial will test if taking beta-alanine for a few weeks can help CrossFit athletes perform better by reducing muscle acid build-up. Participants will be given beta-alanine and their performance will be measured at different points. Beta-alanine has been shown to improve exercise performance and reduce neuromuscular fatigue, particularly in older subjects, with regular supplementation.
