Summary
This trial is testing if breathing pure oxygen in a special chamber can help people who had a stroke some time ago. The extra oxygen might help repair brain cells that are still alive but not working well. Patients will receive this treatment regularly.

This arm will receive Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy two months after consenting into study.
Group II: TreatmentExperimental Treatment1 Intervention
This arm will receive Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy immediately after consent into study.
