This trial will test if virtual Tai Chi Easy training can help registered nurses with symptoms related to stress, burnout, and the intention to quit their jobs. Nurses will participate in virtual Tai Chi Easy sessions
Who is the study for?
This trial is for registered nurses experiencing symptoms like unexplained medical issues, burnout, stress from trauma or cultural adjustments. Nurses should be willing to participate in virtual Tai Chi Easy sessions for 2 hours weekly and practice individually for an additional 40 minutes per week over a six-week period.

The study tests whether virtual Tai Chi Easy can help nurses with transition shock, healthcare-related psychological stress, burnout, physical symptom disorders, and thoughts of quitting their job. It involves regular online training sessions and self-practice.

Tai Chi Easy is a gentle exercise with minimal risk of side effects. Participants may experience typical exercise-related discomforts such as muscle soreness or fatigue.

Participants will complete two 60 minute virtual Tai Chi Easy classes per week and practice on their own 10 minutes per day on 4 other days each week for six weeks.
