What is the purpose of this trial?
Mental health issues and suicide are becoming increasingly common among health care trainees and providers. Suicide is the leading cause of death among male medical residents and the second leading cause of death among female residents.

This trial is for first-year medical students and second-year nurse anesthesia students at Wake Forest University School of Medicine during the academic year 2023-2024. It aims to assess a mental wellness app's effect on their mental health.Inclusion Criteria
