Trial Summary
What is the purpose of this trial?
This trial is testing two exercise routines for people with mild-to-moderate Parkinson's disease. One routine is done at a medical center, and the other can be done at home. The goal is to see if these challenging exercises can help reduce the number of falls by improving balance and strength.

Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
Your doctor has diagnosed you with Parkinson's disease of unknown cause (idiopathic).
At least 2 of the 3 cardinal signs of PD (resting tremor, rigidity, bradykinesia)
Response to dopaminergic medication
Exclusion Criteria
You have chest pain or discomfort (angina).
History of ventricular dysrhythmia requiring current therapy
You had a heart attack within the last 6 months.
