This trial is designed to measure the change in patients diagnosed with Parkinson's disease before, during and after a 12 week exercise program, with a focus on the glymphatic system.

Group I: Exercise--Rock Steady Boxing classExperimental Treatment1 Intervention
Participants will be going twice a week to a Rock Steady Boxing class for an hour/class. Participants will be going to this class for a total of three months.
