Summary
This trial is testing a virtual reality gaming system to help people with weak upper arms from a stroke. Participants will play a video game tailored to their needs several times a week for a few weeks. The study aims to see if this can improve their arm strength and movement. Virtual reality (VR) and gaming-based interventions have been explored for improving upper extremity function poststroke, with studies indicating their potential efficacy and motivational benefits.

Eligibility Criteria:
This trial includes the following eligibility criteria:- You are unable to use your arms by yourself for physical activity.You had a stroke more than 2 years ago.You have been diagnosed with a stroke by a doctor.You have a history of seizures or epilepsy.You have severe problems with your eyesight and cannot see well or are completely blind.You have health conditions that would worsen with light exercise.You have experienced weakness or paralysis in one arm in the past.
