Summary

This trial will test a new treatment using focused sound waves to reduce hand tremors in MS patients. The sound waves target and destroy a small part of the brain causing the tremors. This method has been previously approved for treating other types of tremors and has shown promise in treating MS-associated tremor.

Participants will undergo MRgFUS thermal ablation of the ventral intermedius (Vim) thalamus contralateral to the most affected side of the body.
