This study will look at how much CagriSema lowers blood sugar and body weight in people with type 2 diabetes. CagriSema is a new investigational medicine. Doctors cannot yet prescribe CagriSema. This study compares insulin icodec, a new insulin taken once a week, to insulin glargine, an insulin taken once a day. The study medicine will be investigated in participants with type 2 diabetes. Participants will either get insulin icodec or insulin glargine. Which treatment participants get is decided by chance. Insulin icodec is the new medicine being tested, while insulin glargine is already approved and can be prescribed by doctors. Participants will get one injection of insulin icodec once a week, or one injection of insulin glargine once a day, depending on the treatment group participants are assigned into. Participants will use a pen with a small needle to inject the medicine under participants skin into participants thigh, upper arm or stomach.The study will last for about 9 months, but participants will only be taking the study medicine for 6 months.

Life-threatening low blood pressure due to a serious infection is called "septic shock." Septic shock is treated with vasopressors, medications that raise blood pressure. Sometimes first-line vasopressors are inadequate, prompting addition of a second-line vasopressor called vasopressin. However, the threshold at which to start vasopressin remains unclear. This pragmatic, cluster-randomized, cluster-crossover trial will evaluate two different strategies for septic shock treatment commonly used in current practice, comparing a lower versus a higher threshold for adding vasopressin to first-line vasopressors.

The goal of this multicenter randomized controlled trial is compare standard of care (SOC) to Tenex MicroTip ultrasound therapy plus SOC in patients with Wagner 1-2 diabetic foot ulcers. The main outcomes to answer are: Does the use of the TXB MicroTip plus SOC increase complete wound healing in Wagner 1-2 diabetic foot ulcer (DFUs) vs. SOC only at 12 weeks (end of treatment)? Does the use of the TXB MicroTip plus SOC increase complete wound healing in Wagner 1-2 DFUs vs. SOC over a subsequent to treatment 12 month follow-up? Participants will be asked to come in weekly over a 12 week period for treatment of the Wagner 1-2 DFUs til the DFU is healed. Those whose DFU has healed over the 12 week period will be assessed for durability of healing over a subsequent 12 month period (with assessments occurring monthly.

This phase III trial compares the effect of adding lomustine to standard chemotherapy with temozolomide and radiation therapy versus temozolomide and radiation therapy alone in shrinking or stabilizing newly diagnosed MGMT methylated glioblastoma. MGMT methylated tumors are more likely to respond to temozolomide chemotherapy. Temozolomide is in a class of medications called alkylating agents.
