Clinical Trials David Marin is currently running
Donor T Cell Therapy
for Adenovirus Infections
This phase I trial studies the side effects of allogeneic adenovirus-specific cytotoxic T lymphocytes (donor T cell therapy) and to see how well they work in treating patients with a weakened immune system (immunocompromised) and adenovirus-related disease. Allogeneic adenovirus-specific cytotoxic T lymphocytes are made from donated blood cells grown in the laboratory and are designed to kill viruses that can cause infections in immunocompromised patients with adenovirus-related disease.

NK Cells + Chemotherapy
for Blood Cancers
The goal of this clinical research study is to learn about the safety of giving immune cells called natural killer (NK) cells with chemotherapy to patients with leukemia, lymphoma, or multiple myeloma. Immune system cells (such as NK cells) are made by the body to attack foreign or cancerous cells. Researchers think that NK cells you receive from a donor may react against cancer cells in your body, which may help to control the disease.
