for Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer
This phase II trial studies how well osimertinib works in treating patients with non-small cell lung cancer with EGFR exon 20 insertion mutation that is stage IIIB-IV or has come back after a period of improvement (recurrent). Osimertinib may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth.

HPN328 + Atezolizumab
for Small Cell Lung Cancer
This trial is testing a new drug, HPN328, alone and with another drug, Atezolizumab, in patients with advanced cancers that have a specific protein called DLL3. The goal is to see if these treatments can help the immune system find and destroy cancer cells. This is aimed at patients whose cancers are hard to treat with standard therapies.
