This trial is testing inclisiran, an injectable drug, on people with heart disease who are already on strong cholesterol-lowering medications. The goal is to see if inclisiran can further reduce the risk of heart attacks and strokes by lowering bad cholesterol levels. Participants will receive the injection periodically.
