Summary
This trial will use real-time remote patient monitoring to help clinicians detect which patients with Covid19 are at risk of deterioration and need to be brought to the hospital.

Study Objectives

Number of participants with an unplanned hospital admissions
Number of participants with planned hospital admissions that are found to be necessary
Secondary study objectives
Number of participants with an emergency department visits not resulting in hospital admission

Group I: Covi19 patients receiving interventionExperimental Treatment1 Intervention
We will collect self-reported symptoms via a questionnaire, temperature and oxygen saturation will be entered by the patient and passive near continuous sensing of heart rate, audio for cough detection, respiratory rate, cough and physical activity from a smart watch. The smart watch then transmits this sensor data to the paired smartphone.

Eligibility Criteria:
This trial includes the following eligibility criteria:- You have a medical condition that could make it difficult to interpret your symptoms and sensor readings accurately.You do not understand or speak English.You are currently experiencing symptoms of COVID-19 or have been diagnosed with COVID-19.The focus of your medical care is solely on making you comfortable, rather than trying to cure or treat a disease.
