Summary

This trial will involve 120 adult smokers who have tried to quit before but couldn't. They will be using the Pivot cigarette smoking cessation program along with other nicotine products to help them quit smoking cigarettes.

Who is the study for?
This trial is for adult smokers who have tried and failed to quit before, and are currently using other smoke-free nicotine products. They should be interested in quitting cigarettes by switching to these alternative products.
What is being tested?
The study is testing the Pivot smoking cessation program, which aims to help participants quit cigarette smoking through a smartphone-based switch program. Up to 120 people will join this open label, single center study.
What are the potential side effects?
Since this trial involves a behavioral intervention rather than medication, there may not be direct side effects like with drugs; however, participants might experience withdrawal symptoms or stress related to quitting smoking.
