Summary
This trial will test a new suicide prevention intervention called LifePlans. Patients who are admitted to a psychiatric hospital for suicidal thoughts and behaviors will receive the intervention for 4 weeks after they are discharged. Investigators will assess the patients at hospital baseline, 1 month after discharge, and 6 months after discharge.
