Summary

"This trial aims to see if using Ambient Artificial Intelligence for provider documentation can make providers feel better and improve the quality of their documentation. Participants will use the Ambient AI software to complete their documentation."

Who is the study for?
This trial is for healthcare providers at the UW Health Outpatient Clinic who see at least 20 patients a week. They must be adults, speak English or Spanish, and have completed training to use Ambient AI technology. The goal is to see if this tech can reduce burnout and improve record-keeping.
What is being tested?
The study tests whether Ambient Artificial Intelligence helps with documentation tasks in a clinical setting, aiming to enhance provider well-being and increase the quality of patient records.
What are the potential side effects?
Since this trial involves using software rather than medication, traditional physical side effects are not expected. However, users may experience stress or frustration if they encounter technical issues.
