Summary
This trial focuses on adolescents and young adults who use e-hookahs. E-hookahs create vapor from a liquid containing nicotine and other substances, which is inhaled through a water pipe. The study aims to understand how this vapor affects blood vessel function, especially the role of nicotine.

Group I: e-hookah vaping without nicotineExperimental Treatment2 Interventions
Participants were invited to vape a 30-minute electronic hookah without nicotine vaping session, followed by a 30-minute electronic hookah with nicotine vaping session.
To mitigate the impact of carryover effects, the two sessions were separated by a minimum of 7-days.
Group II: e-hookah vaping with nicotineExperimental Treatment2 Interventions
Participants were invited to vape a 30-minute electronic hookah with nicotine vaping session, followed by a 30-minute electronic hookah without nicotine vaping session.
To mitigate the impact of carryover effects, the two sessions were separated by a minimum of 7-days.
