Summary
This trial compares two methods for treating cavities in children's baby teeth that are close to the nerve. One method removes most of the decay and covers it up, while the other removes more decay and part of the nerve before sealing it with a special material. The goal is to find out which method is better at saving the tooth and protecting the nerve.
