This trial is testing the effectiveness of the MamaLift Plus app for new mothers with mild to moderate post-partum depression. The app offers tools and support to help manage depression symptoms. Women aged 18 to 50 who have recently given birth are participating. The goal is to see if the app helps reduce their depression more than usual care alone.
