Summary

This trial tests if different cranberry-based drinks can improve attention, alertness, performance, and mood in healthy adults aged 18-45. The drinks include cranberry juice alone or mixed with lemon balm, tart cherry, or L-theanine. These ingredients are thought to boost brain function and reduce stress. Cranberries are rich in polyphenols, which have been studied for their potential health benefits, including improving vascular function and reducing symptoms of colds and influenza.
